I’ve had trouble in the past with sizes being off, but this one fit me perfectly. No guessing or second-guessing needed, which was a nice change.

The delivery did take a bit longer than the date they originally gave me. It wasn’t a massive delay, but the tracking stopped updating for a few days, so I ended up having to chase it once.

Not gonna lie, customer service did reply, but it didn’t really get me anywhere. I had to ask the same question twice and still ended up with a vague answer. It felt like they were more interested in closing the ticket than actually helping me.

The quality is kind of all over the place. Like, one of the items felt decent and worked fine, no real complaints there. But the other one felt a little cheaper than I thought it would, which was... eh. Not awful or anything, just not really impressive either. For the price, it’s probably fine, but I’d probably look a bit more closely at reviews next time before ordering again

So... my order did arrive, but the packaging was disappointing. The box was a little crushed, and everything inside looked like it had just been tossed in quickly. Nothing was completely damaged, thankfully, but it definitely didn’t feel like much care went into packing it. For what I paid, I expected it to arrive in better shape. I’d probably think twice before ordering again if this is the usual way things show up.

I’ve ordered from jellyegg.com a few times now, i don’t get why people act like it’s normal for sites to show stuff as available when it clearly isn’t. The main thing I like here is that when they say something is in stock, it actually is. I found a couple of things I’d been struggling to get elsewhere, and they had them ready without any drama.
